Myra is the senior minister of Unity KC North and a former psychotherapist. She has a passion for fostering spiritual growth and oneness in a way that honors and empowers all. Myra is compassionate, prayerful and joy-filled, and enjoys supporting others through their journey of personal growth and authentic transformation.

"AYURVEDA 101: THE BASICS" with Susan Harp
Susan Harp, Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist (AYS) will introduce the basics of Ayurveda, a 5,000 year old system of health, self-care and expansion.

SOUND HEALING led by Valerie Mackey
Valerie will use specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.

BREATHWORK with Rising Phoenix Breathwork
Rising Phoenix Breathwork will hold space for healing experiences
utilizing the Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience.

MOVEMENT with Soul Esteem Yoga
Soul Esteem Yoga will offer traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga to feed your mind, body and soul.

​A vegetarian friendly lunch will be provided. ALL activities are beginner friendly. No experience necessary.
